Return Process

  Log into your Minimax account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
